Order Entry

Do you have a minimum dollar order?
No! Items only need to be ordered in their sellable units such as one bundle or one case.

Can I add my purchase order number to my order?
Yes. At checkout you have an option of adding your purchase order number to your order.

What are my payment options?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and also offer credit terms for approved accounts. Contact us for a credit application.  Most accounts opened with minutes.

How will my order ship?
Your order will ship in the most economical way available based upon what you have purchased and your location.  Small shipments will be sent small parcel service i.e. UPS, Fedex. etc.  Larger orders will deliver on our trucks or ship direct from manufacturing to your location.

When will my order ship?
If you require immediate delivery, small in-stock orders placed before noon ship same day via parcel service!  Larger orders will deliver on our trucks as promised when order is placed.  We attempt to provide "best pricing" on all of our products.  This requires that we batch orders to reduce/eliminate incoming freight costs from our manufacturers.  Please plan to receive your product within 7 days of order placement BUT if this is not acceptable let us know and we will handle your order as you require.  We aim to please.

Are my purchases subject to sales tax?
Applicable taxes will be charged on your full purchase unless we have a tax certificate on file. If you have a tax form on file with us you will not be charged tax on any of your purchases unless at checkout you change the tax status of the item to yes.

Returns

Can I return products?
Yes. Items must be in full units and packed in their original packaging in resalable condition. No partial units may be returned for credit. Please contact us for return instructions.  Some items carry a 25% restocking change and custom items are not returnable.

Is your website secure?
Yes! Order in confidence! We use Veri-Sign 128 bit encryption security and also subscribe to Hacker Safe. To maintain security to your account, never share your password with anyone and make sure to log out of our site and close browser on shared terminals.
